• Free cancellation is allowed if notice is given more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date.

• All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via WhatsApp to ensure proper verification.

A one-hour grace period applies. Thereafter, one full day’s rate will be charged per day or part thereof.

Driving beyond Singapore borders — including into Malaysia — is strictly prohibited without written approval.
