How do I reserve a car, and when is payment required?
Simply WhatsApp us at 8895 8532 to select your preferred luxury, premium, or sports car, along with your rental dates.
A 50% security deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance payment and deposit are collected upon vehicle handover.
What payment methods do you accept, and is a deposit required?
We accept PayNow and FAST Bank Transfers as our preferred payment options.
While cash is accepted, we strongly discourage cash transactions to safeguard both parties from potential risks or disputes.
Your security deposit is fully refundable within 7 working days after the vehicle’s return, subject to checks for fines, summons, damages, or unpaid extensions.

Are your car rental rates inclusive of all fees, GST and insurance?
Yes. All LuxeDrive rental rates include comprehensive insurance coverage with no GST and no hidden charges.
What you see is exactly what you pay — total transparency for peace of mind.
What fuel should I use, and must I refuel before returning the car?
Please refuel using unleaded RON 95, RON 98, or Shell V-Power.
Any fuel shortfall upon return incurs a SGD 25 service charge per 1/8 tank.
Are there mileage limits on LuxeDrive rentals?
Enjoy complete freedom — our luxury and sports car rentals come with unlimited mileage, so you can drive and explore without restrictions.
What is your policy on late returns or rental extensions?
A one-hour grace period applies. Thereafter, one full day’s rate will be charged per day or part thereof.
For extensions, kindly inform our team in advance to ensure continued vehicle availability.
Can I drive outside Singapore, such as into Malaysia?
Driving beyond Singapore borders — including into Malaysia — is strictly prohibited without written approval.
Do you operate on Sundays and Public Holidays?
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
However, special arrangements can be made with a $75 surcharge for vehicle collection or return on those days.
Can I request car delivery or collection?
Yes. We offer island-wide delivery and collection services within Singapore at $50 per trip, providing added convenience for your schedule.
Can I smoke inside the vehicle?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all LuxeDrive vehicles.
A $250 detailing fee applies for any breach of this policy.
Why are some car rentals online much cheaper?
Many listings online are unlicensed or privately owned vehicles operating illegally.
Such rentals may lack proper insurance coverage, expose you to legal risks, and provide no protection in the event of an accident or dispute.
At LuxeDrive, all cars are legally registered with LTA (Land Transport Authority), fully insured with insurance company, and meticulously maintained — ensuring true peace of mind with every drive.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
Singaporeans/PRs: Valid Singapore Driving Licence and NRIC
Foreigners: Valid International Driving Licence and FIN (Employment Pass) or Passport
How are rental charges calculated, and what is the minimum rental period?
All rates are based on a 24-hour rental day, starting from your vehicle collection time.
A minimum rental period of 1 day applies for all short-term luxury car rentals.
